• Scanning barcodes with concurrent saving of supplementary data into an Excel file stored on the device, utilizing the sharing feature.

To transmit barcode information, along with other data, to a computer or to save it within a mobile device’s Excel file, the application employs customizable "Input Forms." These forms enable precise configuration of what data is sent and the order in which it is processed.

The app includes standard "Input Forms" but also allows users to create custom forms. These custom "Input Forms" can be shared across multiple devices, streamlining data collection workflows.

For scenarios requiring only barcode scanning without the need for additional information—such as quantity or other parameters—an "Input Form" containing solely the barcode field can be utilized.

If the goal is to transform a smartphone into a comprehensive data collection terminal—requiring multiple fields of information—the user can prepare an appropriate "Input Form" beforehand and select it during scanning sessions, whether transmitting data to a computer or saving to a file.
